A discussion on agingHi everyone,
It sure feels different in the atmosphere Are you all working on your health? Getting your vitamins and exercising?I shouldn’t have to tell you this but I guess someone does. I’ve been asking for a while now geniuses.. if grey hair is a sign of old age how do you explain a sixteen year old with it? Or the fact that a strand of hair can change to grey and then back to its natural color again?I think it’s a chemical balance thing. A combination of mental, biological, physical and emotional things. Physically you begin to adapt to your emotional acceptance of your mental decion to get old. Your biblical balance begins to break down under the pressure or you have help with any of this and that’s all I know. I suggest if you are over thirty and especially in your forties take vitamins. Increase your vitals. Don’t go looking for a new prescription until you’ve done the basics. Remember when you were kids? All you did was eat, sleep, learn, and play. And take your vitamins. Playing was really exercising, the stuff you ate you probably hated it but your mom said it was good for you, and you learned to stimulate your intellect. You had to read, write and do arithmetic. Reading for your eyes and comprehension, writing for your hand eye coordination, and mathematics to challenger your cognitive abilities and computation skills. If you’ve never had any head trauma you would never think this is important stuff, if you have had enough you begin to think about things like that because you have nothing but time to think about it. You begin to get teased and called retard and people who once believed in you and called you hero and the best start treating you like you are and will always be. And you will if you let them be right. If you fall for that and believe what they say. The worst thing you can do to yourself is let your eyes tell your brain you are getting old because you can see someone younger than you and you feel hooked because no one has ever discussed coping skills for this kind of depression. The first thing you should do is check your vitals. Take vitamins. Bones, immune system, hair, nails, skin, immune, respiratory.... take care of all that.. that’s the stuff that keeps your body from deteriorating in front of your eyes. If you can convince your eyes you are well you’ll be okay. Your eyes are no fools. They are very intelligent logical things. They know what they are looking at and they work with your brain. It’s hard to fool them. They are logical things.if you never had head or eye trauma you can mage 5is very easily, if you have you may need more assistance.(I’m getting to it) What is old? Are you furniture or a human being? What is the difference between old furniture and an old person? Is chronology indicative of age in a human? What is age in a human? How does it compare realistically to furniture? Similarities: Neglected deteriorates Properly tended keeps for centuries Proper use keeps it functioning properly Need to be kept clean Substances to keep it lively and vibrant Too much pressure can break or damage it Unnecessary use and use of the wrong products can destroy it There is no time limit on it, but the more wrong you do to it the faster you tear it up and it’s no good. You can restore it How long before you are old? Who determines what old age is? Why? how can we defeat unhealthy aging? What is the difference between mental, emotional, and physical age? Mental (spiritual) is how old you think you are. This can be determined by how you process age, do you process it by the amount of time in existence or by the amount of wear and tear, how it looks? Emotional (feelings) is how you carry the thoughts of others . Do you care not care, how long do you care, do you want to care, if you don’t care... Physical (biological and anatomically) is your heart string, are your lungs working properly, your kidneys, bladder, intestines, colon, are your bones healthy, do you have muscle tissue, are you agile. All of your responses are recorded in your brain. And again mental health: reading, writing, mathematics, (even music: ocular senses). Youthfulness is not a competition. It is a maintenance issue, it is how you manage yourself. It is not your intellectual level, nor your motions state. It is a cognitive acceptance of your self perception. Not how you look, how you are (self awareness) Without prescriptions. I call them vitamins. Vitamins d, c, biotin, fish oil, iron, calcium.. these are all things that seem to become depleted when you reach a chronological age. I think this is where you begin. When you build your internal systems, you are as if an embryo constructing and building systems that are life sustaining necessity, only you don’t have an umbilical cord connected to your mother who is taking vitamins and nutrients necessary for you to be healthy and vital when you enter the world. It is essential these regimens be continued through out the duration of our lives. These essential vitamins are necessities. They are supplements to the nutrition program you experience daily to help keep you going. Food gives you energy or lack there of, and other habits, alcoholism, drug use, prescriptions can all decrease your body’s chemistry taking the embryo from a good healthy fetus into children with birth defects. If your mother shouldn’t drink, smoke or do drugs, while pregnant, you shouldn’t do these things at all. If they are detrimental to your life in development, they are throughout your existence. You can recover your bodies but it takes as long to recover as it did to destroy or let it deteriorate. You have to determine if you want to. Is what you are living through worth the experience? Many people rush to doctors for a quick fix to extend their lives, even if only for a short moment. Spending millions on insurance and prescriptions that could have been avoided if they’d only been properly instructed and followed correct nutritional routines. For example having a meal with something from the four major food groups is important at least once a day. Understanding all of the health craze and things being cut back on vitamins are necessary form of nutrition. For 5e very things you are cutting out of your diet we’re ther things you were conceived , carried and born in. In many cases this can be bad. For example a poor mother who is financially incapable of sustaining a healthy diet foe her and her fetus. And the baby is born on hamburgers and French fries. That babies bodily system craves it and the child may become sickly if it isn’t fed these substances. Not wanting to eat anything but that. Then the mother is spending time trying to be creative to fed the child vitamins. Unless she gets the child under control, she quits on it and the child’s immune system goes and so does the rest of the body’s internal functions slowly but surely. She is then resigned to rushing the child to physician who puts the child on psychotics, and suggests mental therapy When really the child’s mental problem is really hunger for the ingredients found in the foods the mother ate while carrying them. Now that you realize you are in trouble what do you do? Give up? Or become proactive? And by proactive do you mean out of control looking for the next big thing, trend or fad? I suggest you try 90 days of vitamins. If you don’t feel your vitality coming back you can give up and quit.
